The plane is flying from Frankfurt to New York and it is packed with people wanting to get home for Christmas. A passenger collapses and the Captain requests an emergency landing at Heathrow Airport. To his surprise, the air traffic controllers will not let him land in England. They tell the Captain that his passenger has contracted a dangerous new form of flu. He heads back to Germany where he is also refused landing and the other European countries refuse him as well. His sick passenger is carrying a deadly virus that was accidentally released from a Bavarian laboratory. This book is in excellent condition as is its dustjacket. The book has a very slight lean to it but beyond that it is in fine condition. The dustjacket is not price-clipped and all of the corners of the book are square. The author has signed this book directly on the half-title page. John J. Nance is aviation consultant for ABC television and airline correspondent for "Good Morning America". He is a licensed aerospace attorney and a full time airline captain for a major US carrier. This book will please any reader that enjoys a very realistic scary story.
